Dani has worked as a professional animator for 15 years, in both 3D and 2D on projects big and small. As a user of both Toon Boom, TV Paint, Maya and Moho she is well placed to assist people transitioning from other software too.
She has mentored animators for several years as well as hosting the excellent Retakes podcast.
She says she is happiest when in the flow of making great animation and helping others make their own ideas come to life. During the weekend she can be found kayaking the wild waters of Wales and doing silly things like ice baths.
Allow around 4 hours a week: roughly 2 hours of lessons and 2 hours of practice. Your experience and project scope will affect how much time you need. Allow extra practice time for the final animation project; a bonus week is included.
